I really appreciate how much Mary Helen has done for me and my group since she took over the role of finance admin for my lab group. I had an absolutely enormous list of different issues that needed resolved (from a prolonged period of time) that ranged from very important and urgent (like none of our human subject patients being paid) to obscure things that had been wrong for a long time (like cost share accounting issues). She has taken the care to address these promptly and accurately including fielding calls long after work hours to get things resolved. I am extremely impressed with her and it has actually relieved a lot of stress on my part to see lots of financial issues cleared up. This has been my best post-award experience in terms of financial management and I could not be happier that she is the new finance admin for my lab group!
